The Casali Romei residence is located in the open countryside but is only 1.5 km from the historic center of Sarzana. The property is set in 6500 square meters of land surrounded by 50 olive trees, swimming pool, heated and lighted hot tub and children’s play area. In addition, each of the nine studio and one-bedroom apartments has a space with a barbecue, tables, lounge chairs etc.

The facility is located along the Lunense Canal route for relaxing walks along the Magra Valley. It is in the vicinity of an ancient stopping point on the Via Francigena, also known as the Via Romea (hence the name of our residence).
